We have used WSC Plumbing twice now due to the really high standard of work. Wes was very polite and efficient.

He was knowledgeable about what was required and made sure we were informed every step of the way, he was efficient.

Love that he lets you know what time he’s going to be with you so you can plan around it.. He was very accommodating with short deadlines we had.

My old taps in the kitchen had finally given up so WSC replaced the with the taps I supplied. Job was a little more complex than I first thought due to poor plumbing but Wesley got the problem sorted.

He also swapped out the halogen hob that had cracked. Wesley was on time, accurate and very tidy. Job was done in the time estimated. And completed in a very professional manor.

I feel lucky to have found him on Checkatrade and would recommend him to anyone. As with most tradesmen in the Reading area he is very busy and was slightly delayed arriving but was very courteous.

Wesley carried out a gas safety check and some plumbing as well. The plumbing involved installing a dishwasher and bath shower mixer tap.

He also decommissioned our old back boiler and removed it from the chimney opening.

He’s knowledgeable, punctual, and charges reasonable rates. I will be using him again.

Traced and accessed the leak in the ceiling, and came back to remake the ceiling for us.

We contacted WSC Plumbing to locate a leak which was damaging our ground-floor ceiling.

As always, the job was performed with the utmost care and attention to detail.

We are now arranging to have the damage made good and we will also be using WSC Plumbing.

Unvented cylinder repair – replaced a timer

Wesley fitted our hot water Vaillant Unvented cylinder two years ago and was more than happy to fit us a new timer to go with it recently.

Customer service is always fantastic – clear, courteous and prompt. Can’t get more reliable than Wesley.

Replacing the current central heating system including 8 radiators, Vaillant boiler, bricked up holes around old flue, fitted magnetic filter, ran new condensate pipe, flushed the systems, installed Hive thermostat, hot water cylinder and pump.

We requested a very specific time frame and they bent over backwards to accommodate us and complete within the time.

We are delighted with the results. Professional, friendly and work done to a very high standard.

I have cancelled my British Gas cover as Wesley looks after the plumbing and boiler for me now, and I have never been disappointed in the service he has provided over the last five years.

Landlord and personal home owner

Central heating systems upgraded and serviced the boiler, fitted new radiator, ran new pipes under and behind kitchen to new rad position, serviced the boiler and fixed another radiator issue we had.

Always a pleasure working with Wesley, who has deep knowledge of his trade, providing honest analysis and always finding the best solution.

Investigative work on our central heating wiring, located a fault in wiring installation, rewired the system, and it is all working perfectly now.

Wesley arrived on time and quickly got stuck into the issue at hand, our boiler was firing up for seemingly no reason and Wesley quickly found that we had 2 zones for the CH, and one of them was always on.

I am a Landlord customer and have used WSC Plumbing services on a number of occasions for varying plumbing requirements, and have found Wes, and members of his team, extremely professional and reliable.

The work has involved boiler repairs, boiler servicing and Landlord gas safety checks.

We count ourselves very lucky to have discovered Wesley. We were in the process of renovating an old house and were stalled at the installation of a gas hob.

I took to Wesley the first time we spoke on the telephone as he mentioned how important safety was to him.

We engaged him to reroute a gas pipeline and verify the safety of the installation. In doing so, he demonstrated excellent knowledge of the pertinent regulations, was fastidious in checking for leaks and adequate pressure but at the same time worked efficiently and pragmatically to resolve a problem that was delaying the whole project.

The gas supply was restored, and we were able to cook that evening. Wesley is an individual who I trust. I recommend him without reservation.

They installed a new Worcester Bosch boiler, bricked up the old holes from the flue, rerouted condensate pipework, chemical flush and installed a new timer.

Wes is probably the most diligent and detail-obsessed engineer I have ever met. Because he meticulously planned every aspect of the job, and made thoughtful recommendations to us on parts/suppliers we should use to purchase the materials needed.

During the installation, he literally never stopped grafting! He worked so hard to ensure he hit the deadline he had set with us and we are delighted with the end result.

One of the most refreshing things I could say about Wes is that he tries to ensure that you only replace the ACTUAL things you need to.

Lots of the big companies try to convince you that you need a new this or that – Wes is different; he’s honest, hard-working and top-quality work means I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him – in fact, you’d be bonkers to use anyone else!
