When can I get booked in ?
Our projects cycle between 2 to 6 weeks. And in this period our average bathroom refit takes an average of 10 to 14 days to upgrade an existing bathroom.
Do I need a design ?
Yes, if you are doing a complete refurbishment. To decide on tiles and fittings pay a visit in store to discuss your ideas with our supplier.
The bathroom designer will go through all your options and costs. Following which you can select your desired bathroom according to your budget.
Do you do part refurbishments ?

Do you supply all the materials at a discount ?
Yes , we pass on our trade discount of 20 to 30 % to the customer.
What are your labour rates?
We will provide a quote based on the days quoted for on the basis of £600.00 + vt per day.
What kind of quality should I expect ?
We provide a high standard of finish and installation. Both with a pleasing finish and long term resilience. All work comes with a guarantee inline with our terms and conditions. As well as we only use reputable suppliers. Which in turn provide manufacturer guarantees for materials.
How do I know what shower or taps will go with my plumbing ?
There are many types and it is important to understand the source of hot and cold water systems you have. This is an important factor to mention to the bathroom designer.
What kind of plumbing do I have ?
Here is a list of what makes up most U.K plumbing systems.
Unvented Cylinder
Designed to deliver mains pressure hot and cold water. And work well with mixer showers.
Gravity fed systems
If combined with a pump mixer, showers work well to create a power shower.
Electric showers range from 7.5 kw with options up to 10.8 kw.
And for the average property the electric shower would run off the mains pressure. This is useful as a back up option in case of the boiler or immersion breaking down.
Combination boilers
Best used with thermostatic mixer showers.
With designs for a suitable means to control temperature and get desired flow rates.
Are there showers that work on any system ?
Yes, like the Aqualisa with pumped and or mixer functions. Combining smart wireless control options and features. This has a shower rose, bar and control unit. These are versatile and can be used with all types of systems.

A list of 8 design types
- Monobloc – where there is one outlet to the sink or basin.
- Deck – for 2 holes to your sink or bath.
- Pillar – for 2 holes to your sink, basin or bath.
- Pull out -with a flexible hose provided as an option on sink taps making it easier to wash dishes.
- Single lever – used in all types of tap fittings. The key difference is they contain a quarter turn ceramic cartridge. Due to the low resistance the lever is the easiest option to turn the mixer tap on and off. There is also a double lever option to separate the hot and cold water control.
- Bath filler – the typical term used for a bath tap and can combine a shower.
- Sequential – for use on basins in commercial premises. Incorporating a thermostat and lever to adjust the temperature in a straight line.
